Vanilla powder
Vanilla powder is made from dried, ground vanilla pods, offering the flavour of vanilla in a dry form without the liquid or alcohol content of extract. It is used in baking, particularly in recipes where added moisture is undesirable, such as some raw or dry mixes. Its flavour is generally more concentrated and pure than that of vanilla extract.
