Wholegrain mustard
Wholegrain mustard is a coarse-textured mustard made with whole or partially cracked mustard seeds, giving it a distinctive grainy texture alongside its tangy, moderately spicy flavour. It is used as a condiment for meats and sandwiches, or stirred into dressings and sauces for both flavour and visual texture. Its coarser texture distinguishes it from smooth mustards like Dijon.
