Wonton wrappers (stacked)

Wonton wrappers are thin, square or round sheets of dough made from wheat flour, eggs, and water, used to encase fillings for dumplings and wontons in Chinese cooking. They are boiled, steamed, pan-fried, or deep-fried, becoming tender or crisp depending on the cooking method. Their thinness allows them to cook quickly and become delicate once boiled or steamed.
